1. Purpose & Scope
This policy outlines BroncoCutie’s zero-tolerance stance against human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and non-consensual content. It applies to all content creators, studios, affiliates, and users who upload or distribute material on our platform.

2. Prohibited Content & Activities BroncoCutie strictly prohibits the upload, hosting, or promotion of content involving:

  • Human Trafficking: Content featuring individuals coerced, forced, deceived, or threatened into adult film production.
  • Non-Consensual Material: Content uploaded without the explicit, ongoing written consent of every individual depicted.
  • Underage Content: Any material featuring individuals under the legal age of majority (18 years old or higher, depending on jurisdiction).
  • Withheld Earnings: Financial exploitation, withholding of funds, or retaining identity documents of performers by third-party uploaders.

3. Compliance & Verification Standards To prevent exploitation, all content creators and uploaders must strictly comply with the following verification protocols:

  • Identity Verification: Every performer must pass a biometric and government-issued ID verification check before their content is published.
  • Age Verification: Strict compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 (or applicable local laws), requiring the collection and maintenance of records proving the legal age of all performers.
  • Direct Content Ownership: Only verified individual creators or authorized, legally compliant production studios may upload content. Third-party aggregation without clear chains of custody is prohibited.

4. Monitoring, Reporting, and Takedowns We maintain active mechanisms to identify and remove illegal content immediately:

Content Review: A combination of automated filtering technologies and human moderation teams screens uploads for red flags related to coercion or abuse.

Immediate Takedown (Report Abuse): A prominent “Report” button is available on every video. Claims of non-consensual content or suspected trafficking trigger immediate temporary content suspension pending investigation.

External Escalation: If an investigation reveals evidence of human trafficking or exploitation, the platform will preserve data and immediately report the coordinates to law enforcement (e.g., NCMEC or federal authorities).
